Q. Do you have Merchants at your event?

A. Yes, we do!


Q. I'm a merchant! Do you have any special requirements for your merchants?

A. Yes, we do. As this event is focused on Families, we ask that all products be non-toxic and family-friendly. We also ask that you either teach a class, provide a demonstration of your craft, or sell items at "kid-friendly" prices. We prefer quality over quantity and request that you do not sell plastic toys/noisemakers or other "Oriental Trading Company"-type items. We prefer to share the BEST of the SCA with our families.

Q. What are your merchanting fees? What does that get me?

The booth fee is $20 and will reserve an 8 x 10 ft indoor area with one 6 ft banquet table and 2 chairs. You may, of course, bring your own tables, chairs, and display. More room or additional tables and chairs may be available the day of the event. The booth fee includes one adult SCA member site fee.
